Terms and Conditions for Bittensor Alpha Group

By joining and participating in Bittensor Alpha Group ("the Group"), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the Group and its associated services. Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, removal, or legal action, with no refunds for paid memberships.
1. Purpose of the Group
The Group is a community for sharing information and discussing topics related to cryptocurrency trading. The Group is intended for educational and informational purposes only. No content shared in the Group constitutes financial advice, and members are responsible for their own trading decisions.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is based on a paid subscription model. Payment details and access are managed through Stripe.
Members must provide accurate information during the signup process, if applicable.
3. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to:
Treat others with respect and avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
Refrain from posting illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content, including scams or unauthorized promotions.
Avoid spamming, including excessive posting or sharing irrelevant content.
Not share private group content, including videos, live sessions, or any proprietary materials, outside the Group. Sharing such content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. Trading and Financial Responsibility
The Group does not provide financial advice. All information, opinions, or strategies shared by members, moderators, or administrators are for informational purposes only.
Members acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant financial risk, and the Group, its moderators, and administrators, including Travis Millott, are not liable for any financial losses incurred.
Members are responsible for conducting their own research and due diligence before making trading decisions.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
The Group is moderated by designated administrators and moderators, with final authority resting with Travis Millott.
Violations of these terms may result in immediate bans without refund, at the discretion of the moderators.
The Group reserves the right to pursue legal action against members who violate these terms, particularly for sharing private group content or engaging in illegal activities.
6. Privacy
No personal information is required to join the Group beyond what is necessary for payment and Discord access.
Members should not share personal or sensitive information in public channels unless explicitly permitted.
Refer to Discord’s Privacy Policy for platform-related data handling.
7. Prohibited Activities
Sharing or promoting content that advertises or endorses competing cryptocurrency trading groups.
Engaging in illegal activities, including pump-and-dump schemes or insider trading.
Sharing referral links, advertisements, or commercial promotions without prior approval from moderators.
Using bots or automated tools to spam or disrupt the Group.
8. Intellectual Property
All group content, including videos, live sessions, and other materials, is the intellectual property of the Group and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent from Travis Millott.
The Group’s branding, including logos and names, may not be used without written consent from the administrators.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between members or with moderators will be resolved on a case-by-case basis by Travis Millott, with fairness as the guiding principle.
Members may contact Travis Millott via discord for dispute-related concerns.
10. Changes to Terms
The Group, under Travis Millott’s authority, reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the Group after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Termination
Members may leave the Group at any time by following the cancellation process here: https://taotemplar.com/offboardingform. No refunds will be provided for paid memberships.
The Group reserves the right to terminate membership for any reason, including violations of these terms, with no refunds.
